Account Registration

Service providers are required to register with a valid email address. Clients do not need an account to book appointments; however, an email confirmation is mandatory for each booking.

Bookings & Payments

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. The platform facilitates transactions between clients and service providers but does not provide services directly.

Responsibilities

• Service providers are responsible for keeping their availability and service details accurate.
• Clients are responsible for providing correct contact information while booking.
• We are not liable for disputes between clients and service providers beyond the refund and cancellation policies.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to fraudulent bookings, unauthorized use of payment methods, or violating applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

While we aim to ensure smooth operations, we are not liable for service interruptions, third-party failures, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our platform.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.
