We strive to provide a seamless appointment booking experience for both clients and service providers. However, we understand that situations may arise that require cancellations.

Cancellation by Service Provider

If a service provider cancels a confirmed appointment, the client will receive a full refund of the booking amount within 1-2 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel an appointment before it is confirmed by the service provider. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated. Once the appointment has been confirmed, cancellation terms may vary as determined by the service provider.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed through our payment partner (e.g., Razorpay) and may take 1-2 business days depending on the client’s bank/payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without prior cancellation.
• Cancellation requests made after the service has already been provided.
